All conference participants must pay the registration fee. For each paper/poster, author must pay the Conference registration fee. Delegates can choose any of the options given below to participate at the Conference. Please see registration deadlines and payment instructions below.

• Authors Student: 500 USD
• Authors Regular: 540 USD
• Virtual Delegate: 140 USD
• Listener: 120 USD
• Extra Paper: 50 USD

Student Rates: Student rates are given to a paper whose first author/presenter is a student. You are required to show your student card(s) when registering.

Additional Papers: When the first author is the same, extra papers (from the second paper onwards) can be registered as additional papers.

Onsite Registration: Onsite registration is only applicable to listeners. For those who would like to register onsite, it is also appreciated if you can give us notice before the conference for preparing your materials.

Publication Policy: Each paid registration covers only one paper.

For Authors and Presenters: The detailed registration procedure for authors and presenters can be found in the acceptance letter.

For Listeners: Please do the registration online at first. When you submit the registration form, the conference secretary will contact you within 3 days to confirm your registration.

1. Online Payment: Payment in Alipay, Unionpay, WeChat Pay, Visa and Mastercard (Without service charge)

2.Bank Transfer (30 USD service charge): Write email to the conference secretary to get bank details

3.PayPal (30 USD service charge): Find it in the registration form

4.Bank Transfer (CNY): For institutional/public transfers, please contact the conference secretary to obtain the account information

Every participant should finish the registration before he/she can attend the conference. If a registrant is unable to attend an event for any reason, they may substitute, by arrangement with the registrar, someone else of co-authors or from the same institute/organization.

If the participants request cancellation and refund, the following refund policy applies:

• 60 days ahead of the conference: Full refund but 120 USD service fee is excluded
• 45 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
• Within 30 days ahead of the conference: No refund

IACICA 2026 cannot refund or pay any compensation where could not attend the conference is prevented by reason of circumstances which amount to "personal reason". Such as travel difficulties, visa problems, health issues, financial default, etc.

The organizer has the right to change the date and place of the conference under the reason of "force majeure" circumstances. The participants of the conference are obliged to cooperate with the organizer's change and refund policy.

Considering the personal and property safety of the delegates, the participants are required to enter the venue wearing the conference name tag, and not to lend the name tag to others. Non-participants are not allowed to enter the conference without permission.
